DZ47 miniature circuit breaker is a lightning protection measure
independently developed by Zhejiang tol Electric Co., Ltd., aiming
at household circuit. It is mainly used for the overload and short
circuit protection of electrical lines and equipment of modern
buildings. It is also suitable for the infrequent operation and
isolation of the lines. It can quickly break down the fault current
of the DC distribution system and improve the gradation
coordination.

Working principle of product
A small circuit breaker is the principle that the bimetal bending
is directed regularly with the increase of temperature. When the
circuit breaker is closed in normal working condition, the internal
bimetallic sheet is heated by a certain current, and the thermal
expansion coefficient of the two bimetalles is different. It is not
enough to release the release mechanism. When the line appears
general overload, when the overload current is reached, the
bimetallic sheet has a larger bending angle and a lever in the
release mechanism, which is enough to push off the release
mechanism, and from the small circuit breaker, it plays the role of
super load protection. The size of the bimetallic strip is
different from that of the small circuit breaker.

Use of attention
1. if the circuit breaker can't be broken, it means that the
circuit breaker or line is defective. It needs to be overhauled.
2. when the circuit is connected, check whether the wiring is
correct. It can be checked by the test button. For example, the
breaker can be correctly broken, indicating that the installation
of the leakage protector is correct, otherwise, the line should be
checked and the trouble should be eliminated. After the leakage
protector is put into operation, every time after a period of time,
the user should check whether the circuit breaker is running
normally through the test button.
