BNC control signal arrester, 5V12V24V48V signal, lightning protection, surge protector, lightning protection.
Brief introduction
The control signal lightning arrester is a lightning protection
measure developed by Zhejiang tohr Electric Co., Ltd., which is
independently developed for signal circuit protection. It is used
to protect all kinds of voltage connected control signal devices
sensitive to electromagnetic interference, which can protect the
sensitive control signal lines from the damage caused by lightning
overvoltage, induced overvoltage, overcurrent, electrostatic
discharge and so on, and effectively protect the equipment. It is
widely used in financial system, telecommunication system,
transportation system, petrochemical industrial control system,
such as all kinds of data transmission lines, monitoring and
control lines, instrument and instrument signal lines, etc.
Working principle of product
The control signal surge protector is connected to the front end of
the protected equipment. When the transmission line is impacted by
the inductive thunder and other transient overvoltage, the impact
current is discharged to the earth through the protection branch of
the surge protector, and the output voltage is placed in the
allowable voltage range of the equipment, thus ensuring the safety
of the operating equipment.
Product features
1. the off state leakage current is extremely low, which does not
affect the normal operation of the device.
2. the coefficient of standing wave is small and the range of
working frequency is wide
3. when lightning strikes, there will be no need to stop the
electrical equipment when it enters the electric surge, and it will
not affect the operation of the normal equipment.
Product specification
1. Working voltage:24V
2. Max continuous operating voltage(UC):30V
3. Voltage protective level(UP):<60V
4. Nominal discharge current(IN):10KA
5. Response time(NS): ≤10
6. Characteristic impedance: 75Ω
7. Insertion loss: ≤0.1dB
Use of attention
1. connect the lightning protector (SPD) between the line and the
equipment port to be protected. The grounding port on the SPD will
be connected to the ground network with multiple copper conductors,
and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 4 ohms.
2. screw on the terminal of the surge protector with a screwdriver.
First, the system signal line is connected to the input end of the
surge protector, the output end is connected to the protected
equipment end, not the reverse, and the connection part of the
connection terminal is reliable.
3. the lightning arrester is not required for long maintenance
without longer maintenance. It only needs to be maintained by the
system. In the course of use, the signal transmission is problem
and the signal transmission is restored to normal after the surge
protector is replaced, indicating that the surge protector has been
damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced.
Company profile
