Scope of application:

ZY6290 vinyl plastic flame retardant tester is used to test the combustion performance of vinyl plastic products.

Meet the standard:

The design, manufacture and inspection of each link strictly implement the Standard for the flammability of vinyl plastic ficm in 16cfr1611-2008.

It has the characteristics of small volume, beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, simple operation and accurate test.

Equipment composition:

The flame retardant tester of ZY6290 is made up of six parts, such as the burner, the base of the burner, the sample frame, the fuel bottle, the combustion test box and the smoke exhaust system.

Main parameters:

1. Combustion box: conforming to CFR1611.4 (a) (3) requirements.

2. Internal dimensions of combustion chamber: 310mm wide, 500mm high and 350mm long

3. Equipment material: 304# stainless steel material

4. At the top and sides of the combustion box, there are 6 holes with a diameter of 12.7mm and a glass window in front.

5, the sample holder: 2, with a thickness of 2.0 mm of high quality stainless steel plate making, width is 125 mm, length is 280 mm, the other end of the insulation materials, installation of micro switch touch shrapnel, accord with CFR1611.4 (a) (1) requirements.

6. Burner: comply with CFR1611.4 (a) (1) request, for the 22 needle.

7. Igniter: high voltage automatic ignition

8. Timer: conforming to CFR1611.4 (a) (4) requirements, 0-99.99s arbitrary setting, with a resolution of 0.01 s, with an accuracy of 0.1 s.
