The Slip-On Flange is designed to accommodate lower pressure and
temperature applications, featuring a central bore that matches the
outside diameter of the pipe. This allows for easy pipe insertion
and secure fillet welding on both the interior and exterior sides.
The absence of a weld bevel offers flexibility in adjusting pipe
length relative to the flange's position.
Available in large sizes, Slip-On Flanges are ideal for connecting
big-bore piping to storage tank nozzles. Typically forged with a
hub, they can also be fabricated without one in a ring style for
applications with limited space.
