【What is Pallet Rack(heavy duty rack / shelf】
A pallet rack (heavy duty rack / shelf) is a rack in which the load per shelf exceeds 500 kg. A bolt-tight shelf is common, it can easily be assembled, disassembled and moved easily, and it can increase its strength. It is called a pallet rack because it is mainly used for placing pallets.

※1)In general, the entrance size of the pallet rack takes a clearance of 100 mm, calculate the rack frontage.
※2)Generally calculate the rack depth (D) with the same dimensions as the pallet depth size.
※3)Considering the skill and safety of the forklift operator, In general, it is designed taking a clearance of 100 mm to 200 mm.
※4)In addition to the deck channel, it is possible to lay boards, plywoods, meshes, etc.
※5)Depending on product weight, the load capacity per stage corresponds to 500 kg ~ 2000 kg.
