Introduction
QA-FLW1000H Fiber laser welding machine adopts a 1000W continous fiber laser source, with long lifetime up to 100,000 hours.
The laser head adopts water-cooled design, it won’t get over-heated during welding, small diameter, easy for hand-holding.
We also add a wire feeding machine, for steady welding with big seam.
The laser welding process is thermal conduction, i.e. the laser radiation heats the surface of work piece, and the surface heat diffuses to the interior through thermal conduction and melts the work piece by controlling the width, energy, peak power and repeating frequency of laser pulse to form specific molten pool.

The hand-held fiber laser welding machine changes the traditional welding method, using a high-intensity laser beam as the heat source for welding, and is equipped with a hand-held welding head to replace the previous fixed optical path. It has the advantages of simple operation, beautiful welding seam, fast welding speed and less consumables.
