Machine picture:
A.Video monitor can be used to inspect the image quality for high
speed printing.
B. The anilox rollers are to spread ink. Our anilox roller has
strong resistance to abrasion and corrosion, thus having a long
lifespan. This frees users from the trouble of regularly replacing
the roller. When the printing is completed, the ink roller can
automatically leave away from the printed material and keep
rotating at low speed so as to prevent the ink on from drying.
C. The machine is designed with three rotary die cutting stations.
The first and second stations are applicable for double side die
cutting, while the third station is used for sheeting or slitting.
D. The conveyer sytems can be applied in combinaiton with the third
die cutting station for conveyeing the finished products orderly.
E. The computer controlled web guider is mounted in the front of
printing unit to keep the material in the right position all the
time.
F. The unwinding and rewinding are controlled by magnetic brake and
clutch or by Mitsubishi automatic tension controller made in Japan.
These devices guarantee stable and reliable rewinding and
unwinding.
G. Each printing unit is equipped with an infrared dryer. You can
also choose to install a UV drying device.
