SH19 is explosion proof CCTV camera housing with IR illuminator, can be fitted with box camera, bullet camera, and zoom lens camera. Its IR lights night vision distance can reach to 100 meters, which help camera to get a goods surveillance under dark light area. The Camera housing is made of stainless steel 304 or 316L material and IP68 watherproof rated, special for hazardous area with explosive gas, oil, vapor, chemicals and powders.

Explosion proof, night vision design

SH19 is designed as an integrated explosion proof camera housing with IR illuminator, power

module, which can apply for hazardous area, like gas zone 1, gas zone 2, dust zone 21, and

dust zone 22. It is an economic explosion proof IR camera housing, and Its night vision distance

can be 0-20meters, 20-60meters or 60-100meters.

IP68 rated, strong temperated glass

SH19 explosion proof camera housing is IP68 rated, and its housing material can be made

of stainless steel 304, 316L. Its window glass is 8 to 12mm thickness strong tempered glass.

The housing prevents any inside sparks or explosions from escaping and igniting vapors,

gases, dust for fibers in the surrouding air.

Optional Power source input

SH19 power source kit is optional can be AC85-265V or AC24V. Its power kit can also be

upgraded as filter power kit, which has good performance of surge protection.

Lower temperature resist

SH19 can also be equipped with heater and cooling kit, which can resist temperature range

from -50 to +65 °C. The thermostatically controlled heater starts on <10°C. The cooling kit

starts on > 40°C. the lower temperature version is more suitable for north countries with cold winter.
