YS-D331E is an Automatic Two Parts Liquid Glue Potting Filling Machine works for AB two-component glue. It uses precise gear metering pump or screw pump to measure, extract and mix according to the specified ratio.
An automatic machine that drips, coats, and pots liquid on the surface or inside of the product to make it a device for sealing, fixing, and waterproofing.

How are two components adhesive mixed?

Glue A and glue B are placed in two different stainless steel pressure barrels, and two pumps are connected to get glue from the two barrels according to the set ratio. After the glue is extracted, it is sent to the mixing valve through two independent pipes. The mixing valve is connected to a mixing tube, and there is an electric stirring rod inside the mixing tube. The motor will drive the mixing pump to rotate continuously. After the two glues are fully mixed in the mixing tube, they are poured onto the product.
