Purpose:
Transportation package Testing Equipment is used to assess the
fragility of a packaged product and simulate the shocks packaging
or palletised product may encounter during manual or mechanical
handling by subjecting them to repeatable impacts similar to those
they will experience in the distribution environment or from an end
user.
When falling down testing, the packaging when placed in Anecto’s Lansmont drop test equipment must be able to withstand free fall and sudden impact from different heights and at different angles of impact.
The package drop tester is repeated and is designed to expose faults in the package or pallet, preventing packaging failures and future functional failures and cosmetic damage to the product. If a package or pallet can be lifted it can also be dropped.

Characteristics:
Television transportation packaging carton drop tester is specified for the free dropping testing against the side, angle and edge of packages. Packaging box drop tester machine has digital height display instrument and decoder is used to track the height, through which the dropping height can be precisely displayed, the measured dropping height has a deviation of less than 2% or 10mm comparing with preset dropping height.
