Scraper film evaporator is a high efficient evaporation or distillation equipment,which distributes liquid to uniform thin film through high-speed rotation for evaporation or distillation.This equipment is the newest structure of evaporator in the world.Even in the very small flow,it could also form the thin film.In the evaporation period,the sediment in liquid adhered the cylinder inner wall surface can be quickly removed by scraper,compared with fixed gap scraper evaporator,vaporation can improve 40-69% .

(1) High heat transfer coefficient and evaporation capacity,evaporation intensity can reach 100kg/m2/hr,high thermal efficiency;

(2) Material heating time is short,between 5 to 10 seconds,and can operate in the vacuum condition,more benificial for heat-sentitive materials,keeping the various ingredients don't produce any decomposition to ensure product quality;

(3) Adaptable to large viscosity range,handle both high and low viscosity material,material viscosity can reach up to 100000CPS (CP);

(4) By changing the direction of rotation of scraper trench,material treating time in the evaporator can be adjust ;

(5) The inner wall of the evaporation section of barrel body through precise boring and polishing treatment,the surface is not easy to produce coke,scaling;
