It adopts the foreign advanced technology, can be applicable for
fresh juice extracting from tangerine, orange, grapefruit, lemon,
etc., and avoid the bitter vegetable oil remained in fruit cells
and residue from fruit peels.This machine is composed of the parts: machine frame, gear box,
juice collecting bucket, left rotor drum, blades, 4-opens rotary
tables, right rotor drum, bowl-shape conveyor, safety cover,
driving motor, etc. The working theory is the motor drives the main
shaft through the V-belt pulley, the main shaft will transfer the
power to the following structures: bowl-shape conveyor, 4-opens
rotary tables, left rotor drum, and right rotor drum.
Cleaning, peeling and classification of carrot processing line
Carrots are fed to the factory in boxes, bags or bulk. Since a
large amount of soil and stones may be transported with the
product, comprehensive cleaning is essential.
Cutting and cooking of carrot processing line
Washed and peeled carrots are chopped before entering the
processing line. The chopping size depends on the extraction
required (puree or pressed juice). Chopped carrots are heated in a
tubular cooker to soften the fiber for maximum juice production.

The belt press can recover 75% of the fruit juice in one press and
more than 85% in the second press.

Sterilization and aseptic filling of carrot processing line
Carrot juice and carrot puree, whether natural or concentrated, can
be disinfected or pasteurized according to the specific
requirements of the application. Carrot puree can be disinfected by
in tube heat exchanger, while carrot juice can be disinfected by
plate heat exchanger.
After sterilization, the product can be packed in sterile bags,
barrels or boxes, thanks to our sterile packing system.
Cleaning system of carrot processing line
The equipment of carrot processing line is designed in accordance
with international food grade requirements, and is completely
cleaned by using integrated cleaning procedures and systems or
centralized automatic CIP system. The completion of the high-speed
cleaning task ensures the re circulation of the whole carrot
processing line, which greatly improves the continuous working
capacity of the carrot processing line and greatly reduces the
times of shutdown and renovation.
