Macinery Description
Our Intellectualized Asphalt Distributor can be used for spraying
asphalt on the prime coat, the water-proof layer and tack coat in
high-graded road construction. It also can be used for bituminous
pavement with the construction techniques of spreading in layers.
It can spray hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt,
etc.
The crumb rubber asphalt distributor is especially designed for
spraying rubber asphalt which has the especial feature of high
viscosity, high spraying temperature, high application rate and the
problem of sediment and segregation.
Main Performance Characteristics
1) Computerized control system, all operations can be performed in
the cab. The intensity and cost of labor can be decreased greatly.
2) The width of spraying is adjustable. Each spraying nozzle can be
controlled independently. The width of spraying can be changed at
any time according to the actual demand with its maximum at 6
meters.
3) The unique design of nozzles enabled the truck to realize triple
overlap spraying of asphalt. The application rate is not affected
by the variation of truck speed with high precision.
4) The truck is tested to produce with the guidance of construction
result for many circumstances domestically and overseas. All
nozzles are designed to spraying consistently.
5) The asphalt pump and nozzles are heated and insulated by hot oil
fully. The asphalt spraying work can be done fluently without any
blockage. No washing by diesel oil for the pumps and nozzles is
needed after spraying.
6) Control system adopts modular design, which is very convenient
to maintain and troubleshooting, equipped with standby control
system. It can ensure machine to work normally in case main control
system failure.
7) Equipped with flexible hand-spraying system for the corner and
edge spray.
8) Equipped low rotary, massive displacement bitumen pump, even can
spray 3Pa.S CRB.
9) Two units hydraulic driven forced-blender to prevent the problem
of segregation and sediment.
10) Two diesel burner heating system provide a high spraying
temperature for CRB.
