The(Silicon Rubber) Composite Electrical railway insulator(Composite railway insulator) is used in tunnels of electrical railway under severe conditions.The(Silicon Rubber)Composite Electrical railway insulator(composite railway insulator) can effectively prevent pollution flashover outage and free from cleaning maintenance work with a very small size,they can be substitued by porcelain or glass insulators in case of small tunnel space.Usually,they could be manufactured by means of injection whole-molding technology.The juncture between end fitting and core is totally embedded in HTV silicon rubber,emilinating conventional and traditional seal defects.

2) The connection location between end fittings & rods is fused with sheds housing by the

overall high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber injection molding as it could minimize the interface.
