Water solenoid valve structure principle:

This valve pass through the diaphragm 15-100 to open the second pilot valve solenoid valves 125-300 to pass through three open pilot valve solenoid valve, its structure is dominated by the Deputy valve and main valve components.

Normally open solenoid valve, when the coil is energized, generate magnetic force, armature magnetic force down, push down the valve cup deputy, vice valve is closed. With the main valve differential pressure tends to equal up and down, turn off the main valve diaphragm by the spring and the weight of the self-sealing valve. When the coil power, the magnetic force is zero, the armature and the secondary valve ring due to the action of the spring rises, the Deputy valve is opened, the main valve diaphragm chamber via auxiliary valve medium flow away, pressure drop, when the pressure dropped to a certain value, lifted up and down by the main valve differential pressure up, the main valve is opened, the valve opens.
