H Type Tube Exhaust Gas Economizer High Efficient Heat Exchange With Headers
Economizer/ Heat exchanger Introduce
Econimizer is a device that installed below tail fuel of boiler for
recover waste heat from exhaust fumes.
The boiler feed water is heated into the heating surface of
saturated water under the pressure of steam drum. As it absorbs the
heat of high-temperature flue gas, it reduces the exhaust
temperature of flue gas, saves energy and improves efficiency, so
it is called Economizer.
The H-Type Economizer is not restricted by pressure and can be used
as a boiling type, which is generally controlled by carbon steel
with an outer diameter of 32 ~ 51 mm. Sometimes the fin and fin are
added to the tube to improve heat transfer. The steel-pipe coal
saver consists of parallel curved pipe (called serpentine pipe)
arranged horizontally.
The economizer is mainly used for industry, and it is gradually
applied to agriculture and some related industries.

Functions
1. Absorb the heat of low-temperature flue gas, reduce the smoke
exhaust temperature, reduce smoke loss and save fuel.
2. Since the feed water is heated in the economizer before entering
the drum, the heat absorption of the feed water on the heating
surface is reduced, and the economizer can be used to replace part
of the high-cost evaporative heating surface.
3. When the feed water temperature is raised, the wall temperature
difference will be reduced and the thermal stress will be
correspondingly reduced to extend the service life of the steam
drum.

Internal heat exchangers
1.Subcooling may also be produced by superheating the gas leaving
the evaporator and heading to the gas compressor.
2.These systems withdraw heat from the liquid line but heat up the
gas compressors suction.
3.This is a very common solution to insure that gas reaches the
compressor and liquid reaches the valve.
4.It also allows maximum heat exchanger use as minimizes the
portion of the heat exchangers used to change the temperature of
the fluid,and maximizeds the volume in which the refrigerant
changes its phase.
