This machine is one kind of double side rotary tablet press machine, which can press granular materials into round shape tablet, irregular tablet or double-side engraved tablet.

Feature:

1. Made of stainless steel, the housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer so that the turret surface is wear resistant. The machine conforms to GMP requirements.

2. Adopt transparent windows, tableting state can be observed clearly. The windows can be opened, cleaning and maintenance is easy.

3. All controllers and operating parts are reasonably arranged. Using frequency conversion speed regulation, easy operation, stable rotation, safe and accurate.

4. All transmission devices are arranged inside the machine to keep the machine clean.

5. Equipped with a pre-compression device, which can effectively remove air and increase the pressure time during tablet compression.

6. This machine is equipped with an electromagnetic brake motor and other safety protection devices.

7. Optional forced feeding device.

8. ZP39i is an improved product of ZP35B. The pressure system is controlled by a pressure sensor, which makes the bottom of the machine cleaner and safer. Its tablet output is 15% higher than that of ZP35B.
