CS100L open-air high-pressure crawler DTH drill rig is large-sized
open-air engineering equipment integrated the RCS-100/RCS-150 DTH
drill rig with the excavator chassis and its control and operation
mode can compare favorably with the similar products in the world.
This product is mainly applied to the drilling operation of
small/middle-sized holes in the open-air mining project and also
the slope anchoring operation of rock project. This drill rig is
equipped with engine power and full hydraulic drive hydraulic
system to move and transform the machine through the travel system
of crawler chassis and shift and adjust the borehole angle and
position through the position-shifting system. The rotation of
drill pipe is driven by the low-speed big torque motor and pushed
by hydraulic motor sprockets and it is equipped with the
high-air-pressure DTH drill hammer to complete the drilling
operation. The drill tool is of the multi-directional shifting
function and hydraulic rod-breaking function and it is
characterized by compact structure, advanced performance, high
efficiency and low consumption, higher reliability, convenient
operation and maintenance, so it is the leading open-air drilling
equipment in China. It has passed the national appraisal and won
the first prize for progress of science and technology at
provincial and ministerial levels. The drill rigs have been sold in
the markets.
