Brief Introduction:
iqualitrol automatic turret-type Vickers hardness tester is a
high-tech product of electromechanical and electromechanical
integration.
Equipment for Vickers hardness testing usually consists of a
testing machine which supports the specimen and permits the
indenter and the specimen to be brought into contact gradually and
smoothly under a predetermined force, which is applied for a fixed
period of time.
The design of the machine should be such that no rocking or lateral
movement of the indenter or specimen is permitted while the force
is being applied or removed. A measuring microscope is usually
mounted on the machine in such a manner that the impression in the
specimen may be readily located in the optical field.
The hardness tester is novel in design, has good reliability,
operability, and repeatability and is an ideal product for testing
Vickers hardness. The machine uses computer software programming,
optical measurement system.
Through the soft key input, the measurement of Vickers and Knoop
hardness can be selected, the intensity of the measuring light
source can be adjusted, the time of charge can be selected, the
test method and test force can be displayed on the LCD display, and
the indentation pair can be measured through the panel input. The
length of the corner line and the screen directly read the hardness
value, making it simple to check the table. Easy to use, high
measurement accuracy.
