Gear selection:
DIP switch No. 1 is appropriated for OFF, VO output 0-5V, when No.
1 to the ON, VO output 0-10V, when DIP switch No. 1 and No. 2 are
appropriated for OFF, VO output 0-5V, IO output 4-20mA.
About debugging:
1. Zero adjustment
1: voltage regulation, first the system is unloaded, the regulated
voltage zero potentiometer (Vzero) to adjust the zero point.
Measured with a multimeter voltage output terminal VO, let
indication as close to zero indication.
2: The current adjustment, first the system is unloaded, the
current zero adjustment potentiometer (Izero), with a multimeter
block measuring the current output of the current IO, try to let it
close to 4mA. .
2. Gain adjustment
1: voltage full-scale adjustment, the system loads a given weight
value (recommended range: 80% ~ 100% FS), the output voltage value
calculated in accordance with the load weight and maximum load
ratio between the digital multimeter to monitor the output voltage
of the rotation span potentiometers (Vspan) to adjust the
full-scale output.
2: Current full-scale adjustment system will load a certain weight
value (recommended range: 80% ~ 100% FS), the output current value
calculated in accordance with the load weight and maximum load
ratio between the digital multimeter to monitor the output,
rotating current full potentiometers (ispan) to adjust the
full-scale output, try to let it close to 20mA.
3. The re-examination
The system is unloaded, the measured zero output; load a certain
weight values, measured output voltage is expected magnification.
If you do not match, adjust again.
Signal Processing:
