Introduction:
PCL Series Artificial Sand Making Machine integrates three kinds of crushing modes and it is the core equipment in the construction, mine, metallurgy, highway, railway, bridge, hydropower, mineral grinding field and mechanism sand industry. PCL series sand making machine is suitable for crushing different hardness of medium and fine material, such as iron ore, non-ferrous metal ore, carborundum, bauxite, quartz stone, brown aluminum oxide, perlite and basalt etc. Please see the following structural drawing:
Advantage:
- With combined type hammer design, only need to replace wearing hammer, reducing more than 30% use-cost. It also adds the deputy hammer, effectively preventing vertical plate from damage after the primary hammer is worn.
- The core wear-resisting material adopts highly wear-resistant and high temperature resistant material which is applied in American important industry.
- Adopt the rhombic impact block to avoid damaging vertical plate after material impacting abrasion.
