Description:
3D pattern metal coated polymer mesh fabric is metal-coated polymer mesh fabric on which nano metal is desposted in the nano thick level. it is very light in weight and meanwhile, it has high metal gloss. this metal-coated polymer fabric can be laminated with low-iron glass or any other type glass, several types of mesh fabric can be available in different light transmittance. The finished glass laminate has different privacy level with transmittance light between 25-60% so as to meet different thermal insulation and light transmittance requirement. Aluminium, Copper,Bronze,Inox,Titanium metal coating and customized color and pattern can be available.

1. Two hour Boiling Test
2. Pummel Test
3.-40 celcius Degree 360 hours
4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours
5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours
6.85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, total 10 cycles
7. UV Radiation 2000 hours
