Flange-to-Flange Reaction Torque Transducer FTG is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology with mV/V output intended for non-rotating torque measurement,torque transducer FTG is available in 10Nm / 20N-m / 30Nm / 50N*m / 100N-m / 150N*m / 200Nm seven measuring ranges with maximum 0.2% non-linearity, 4*M5 threaded holes located on both ends can be used for bolting between shafts,switches or mounting plates. Flange Torque Sensor FTG has no moving parts which makes it very durable and suitable for industrial environments, it’s applicable for torque measurement in both clockwise and counterclockwise direction. Each torque meter will come with a calibration certificate to guarantee the performance and quality.Typical applications for this type of torque meter are for example motor torque measurement, test bench applications, screw driver calibration and so on. Torque load cell FTG can be modified or customized to meet customers’ different requirements.

A torque sensor is a transducer that converts a torsional mechanial input into an electrical output signal. Torque transducer can be devided into two types:rotary torque sensor and reaction torque sensor depending on the torque it's going to measure.Rotary torque sensors are able to measure both rotating torque and non-rotating torque while reaction torque transducers can only measure non-rotating torque or torque with small rotating angle. Flange type reaction torque sensor FTG is designed to measure non-rotating torque.The output range of FTG is normally between -20~20mV which is proportional to applied torque, signal amplifier can be used to get ±5V,±10V,0-5V,0-10V or 4-20mA output for easy data acquisition.Torque meter can be used to display the torque value. Digital indicator FPT is integrated with high accuracy 24-bit ADC,up to 960Hz sampling speed make it suitable for both static measurement and dynamic measurement.FPT also supports RS485/RS232 communication interface and amplified signal output 0-10V/0-5V/4-20mA which is proportional to the measured value.
