Main feeding system

The main feeding system consists of a driving , a silo, a conveying pipe, auger and feed sensor. The main feeding system is mainly used to convey feed from the silo into the hopper of feeding lines and automatically control the conveying opening or closing of the motor by the feed sensor to achieve the automatical feeding.

Materials description:

1. Silo

Silo roof plate _ Galvanized sheets. The thickness is 1.2mm.

Silo wall plates _ The first layer:galvanized sheets. The thickness is 1.2mm.

The second layer: galvanized sheet. The thickness is 1.5mm.

2. Motor (motor siemens , transtechno and Tanwai motor are available.)

3.Augers.

Our augers are imported from South Africa.

The feeding capacity is 1400kg/h,max.

Diamter of conveying pipe 75mm*4.2mm material PVC .
