Tent structures meet stringent European requirements, including the German DIN standards. All materials meet the highest European standards for fire safety. All structures are wind tested.

• Aluminum Alloy: high strength aluminum alloy materials, mainly used in the tent strucutre section. Main characteristic of alluminum alloy lies in its light weight, good mechanical properties, low maintenance cost, easy processing and high dissipation, high durablity and wide application range, good decoration effect. And in terms of appearance, the aluminum alloy tent frame has an elegant, corrosion resistant, wear resistant, high gloss, and also has a certain fire prevention function. 6061/T6 is normally for big tents and 6063/T6 is normally for small tents. Based on the local wind load and snow load requirements, considering the tent span, tent side height, tent constuction site etc, we'll recommend a different aluminum profile size to ensure the highest cost performance.

• PVC Fabric: double pvc-coated polyester textile, mainly used for exterior cover of tent structure. PVC coating generally consists of film substrates and polymer compositions, i.e. polymer coating. The substrate has a very good heat resistant and thus when covered the tent structure, it can withstand a temperature from -30℃ ~ + 70 ℃. Moreover, the fabric is flame retardant in compliance to stringent international standards, and has good self-cleaning properties. In terms of service life, the PVC fabric, if properly used and maintained, can normally used for 5~10 years. The most commonly used pvc fabric is 650gsm for sidewalls, and 850gsm for roof cover, UV resistant, and waterproof.

• The most commonly used tarp color is white, but basically there're many optional colours available.

• Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Parts: Tent frame normally consists of two types of materials: aluminum alloy profiles and galvanized steel connecting parts. The hot dipped galvanized steel connecting parts are mainly used for joints and reinforcing parts of the tent structures. Steel parts for tent buildings utilize GB Q235B steel components with good structural stability, durability, corrosion resistance. Main galvanized steel parts for tent structure includes but not limits to, base plates, eave connector, ridge connector, reinforcement bar etc.

• Through the drawing underbelow, you'll be able to have a general idea of tent structure, which parts are aluminum alloy material, and which parts are galvanized steel material.
