Product Performance and Principle
The KSD305 temperature controller produced by our company is a single-pole single-throw temperature controller with a bimetallic temperature-sensing jump. The controller is divided into two types of automatic and manual reset by an insulating shell, a metal cover, a bimetal, a contact bridge, a spring, and an action rod, which constitute a unipolar normally closed switch. When the temperature change increases and reaches the preset deformation temperature of the bimetallic strip, the bimetallic strip operates to separate the contact bridge from the contact through the actuating rod, so that the switch that was originally in a normally closed state is disconnected. The cut-off temperature can be made according to the customer's needs. After the action, it needs to be manually reset to make it closed; automatic reset. When the temperature rises to the action temperature, the power is turned off and the temperature will drop. When it drops to the reset temperature, the temperature control will be closed. power ups.

Notes
Adopt contact temperature-sensing installation, so that the metal
cover plane is close to the installation surface of the heating
element during installation. Do not collapse and deform the cover
surface during installation, so as not to affect performance.
Do not allow liquid to penetrate into the thermostat during use, so
as not to affect the electrical reliability and prevent leakage
damage. This product is a single-pole connection method. When using
it, it should be connected correctly according to the
identification symbol. The rated current used cannot be greater
than 30A.
Products should be stored in a ventilated, clean, dry, and
non-corrosive warehouse with a relative humidity of less than 90%
and an ambient temperature of 40°C.
Scope of Application
It is suitable for electric water heaters, electric heating
equipment, electric welding machines, steam generators and other
high-power electrical appliances that require overheating
protection.
