Dip Angle And Azimuth Angle Borehole Non-magnetic Small-bore
Compass Inclinometer
Purpose:
The compass inclinometer is specially designed to determine dip
angle and azimuth angle of borehole. It is suitable to determine
dip angle and azimuth angle at fixed points in the non-magnetic
borehole, which is more than 46 mm in diameter.
It is not required to use outer power supply and cable. You can
make determination only using wire rope.
Features:
1. Easy to use, quick to get started
2. Affordable, low-cost solution
3. Solid-state connection, reliable and durable
4. Wireless communication, no need to disassemble the probe

How to operate the wireless digital compass inclinometer
Install the inclinometer tube: Install the inclinometer tube in the borehole to be measured. The
inclinometer tube should be 1.installed firmly and vertically, and
there should be no debris in the tube. The installation depth and
spacing of the inclinometer tube should be determined according to
the measurement requirements.
2.Place the inclinometer in the inclinometer tube: Slowly place the wireless digital compass inclinometer into the
inclinometer tube to the predetermined measurement depth. During
the lowering process, pay attention to avoid collision between the
instrument and the inclinometer tube to ensure that the instrument
is lowered smoothly.
3.Measurement: After reaching the measurement depth, pause for a while, wait for
the instrument to stabilize, send the measurement command through
the receiving device, and the inclinometer starts to measure the
inclination angle and azimuth of the borehole. During the
measurement, keep the instrument still to avoid shaking.
4.Record data: After the measurement is completed, the receiving device will
display the measurement results, including parameters such as
inclination angle and azimuth. Record the measurement data in a
timely and accurate manner, which can be recorded in a paper form
or electronic form, and record relevant information such as
measurement time and measurement depth.
5.Multiple measurements: In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of the
measurement, multiple measurements can be performed at the same
depth, and the average value is taken as the final measurement
result. It is generally recommended to measure 3 to 5 times, and
the deviation between each measurement should be within the
allowable range.
6.Measure different depths: According to the measurement plan, measure the inclination angle
and azimuth at different depths in turn. Before each measurement,
the inclinometer needs to be lowered to the corresponding depth and
ensure that the instrument is stable before measuring.
