Use:

ZW20-12 outdoor column high voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor high voltage switchgear with rated voltage of 12KV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It is mainly used to break and close the load current, overload current and short circuit current of the power system. It is suitable for substation, industrial and mining enterprises and urban and rural distribution network for protection and control, especially for places with frequent operation and automatic distribution network of domain network. This product is matched with the controller to meet the requirements of the distribution automation system and to reliably and effectively complete the traditional recloser function. It adopts the mature box-type sealing structure and is filled with SF6 gas inside. It has good sealing performance and is free from external influences. It is a maintenance-free product. The spring operating mechanism adopts a direct-drive chain main drive and a multi-stage tripping system, which has high operational reliability and is a good substitute for the circuit breaker on the column.

Environmental conditions:

1. Ambient air temperature: upper limit +60°C, lower limit -30°C;

2. Altitude: ≤3000m (if the altitude is increased, the rated insulation level will increase accordingly);

3. Amplitude: the seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees;

4. The daily average value of relative humidity of air is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%;

5. Locations without fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
