The LMT89 device is a high accuracy analog output CMOS integrated
circuit temperature sensor with an operating temperature range of
-55 ° C to 130 ° C.The operating supply range is 2.4 V to 5.5 V.The
transfer function of the LMT89 is predominantly linear, but has a
slightly predictable parabolic curvature.When the transfer function
of the LMT89 device is specified to be parabolic, its accuracy is
typically ± 1.5 ° C at an ambient temperature of 30 ° C.The
temperature error increases linearly and reaches a maximum of ± 2.5
° C over the extreme temperature range.This temperature range is
affected by the supply voltage.For supply voltages from 2.7 V to
5.5 V, the upper and lower temperature limits are
130 ° C and -55C.When the supply voltage drops to 2.4 V, the lower
limit changes to -30 ° C, while the upper limit remains at 130 ° C.
