● Product description
Haminol 385 is a modified melamine-formaldehyde co-polymer featuring partial
imino-functional methyl modification and reduced alkylation
characteristics. Formulated with deionized aqueous solvent, this
resin demonstrates rapid thermosetting behavior under mild acidic
conditions (pH 4.5-6.5) while maintaining colloidal stability in
polar media. Its reactive sites exhibit preferential crosslinking
with hydroxyl-rich macromolecules, including polyvinyl alcohol
derivatives and carboxylated acrylic copolymers.
