Our FQ-Mica's EV Battery Thermal Insulation (model number: FQ01) is
a high-performance product certified by ISO and IATF16949. It is

packs. With a minimum order quantity of 2000 pieces, it is
available in gold and silver colors and can be customized with
thicknesses ranging from 0.1mm to 50mm. The product offers a
flexural strength of ≥150 MPa and a dielectric strength of ≥10
MV/m. It is not only highly effective in thermal conductivity but
also cost-effective, with custom pricing and fast delivery times of
15-20 days. We can supply up to 200,000 pieces per month to meet

Compared to general insulation materials, our flexible mica plates
offer the following prominent advantages:
- Excellent insulating properties at high temperatures: With a
voltage breakdown resistance of 15KV/mm within an operating ambient
temperature range of 500-1000℃.
- Good tensile property: Can be easily processed into various
shapes without layer separation.
- Excellent environmental protection performance: Asbestos-free
product with minimal smoke and odors, and can even be smokeless and
odorless during heating.
- Outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, and oils.
Availability of Mica Plate:
- Thickness: Ranging from 0.1mm to 100mm
- Length × Width: 1000×600mm, 1000×1200mm, 1000×2400mm
Note: Products with a thickness less than 2.0mm can be formed by
stamping, while those larger than 2.0mm require processes such as
turning, milling, and drilling.
Flexible Mica Plate (S1 and S2):
Our flexible mica plates (S1 and S2) are excellent lamination
materials that possess high dielectric strength, superior tensile
strength, and ease of forming at room temperature. These plates are
commonly used in hair dryers, curlers, electric irons, motors, and
more.
Types of Mica Papers:
- S1: Muscovite flexible plate
- S2: Phlogopite flexible plate

Similar to the mica plates, the flexible mica plates offer the
following advantages:
