Features

It is a fully automatic making packing machinery, integrating of making machine and packing machine, it is a 2 in 1 machine line, can be optional with automatic lid machine for plastic cover applying of big bag pack.
There are 8 sets of wetting heads, reasonable designing to make sure each pieces can be sprayed even and fully saturated, spraying rate and volume can be set in PLC.
There are designed with both 2 foldings to horizontal and vertical directions, make sure the wipes are fit and good use in different mops.
Adopts servo-controlled imported high quality cutting tools for cutting, make sure thin and thick raw materials can be cut neatly and fast.
Adopts four-servo combined with PLC programming controller and microcomputer display screen to control production, all production parameters are clear at a glance and easy to operate.
Advanced equipment design concept, compact structure, fast speed, good stability, high production efficiency, and meet the requirements of various national health standards.

Install raw material rolls → conveyor → horizontal first fold →horizontal second fold →Hole punching →length cutting→ vertical first fold→vertical second fold→automatic wetting→automatic stacking → conveyor to pack - Output finishing pack
