Single-phase load identification electric energy meter for control
the power consumption of apartments
DDZY2397 single-phase charge control intelligent electric energy
meter adopts dedicated large-scale integrated circuit. Apply
digital sampling processing technology and SMT technology. It has
the characteristics of less peripheral components, simple
structure, high reliability, low power consumption, long service
life, etc. In addition to the active power metering function, there
are many other functions, such as online power display,
one-in-two-out dual-control, one-in-two-out three-control and load
identification, intelligent anti-theft, overload control, remote
centralized meter reading through LoRaWAN/NB-IoT/Cat. 1/Bluetooth
wireless network. It can be used to control the power consumption
of students or staff apartments. Under the normal operation of air
conditioning and other equipment, it can effectively reduce the
hidden danger of electricity safety and reduce the waste of
electricity.
1. Double circuit independent measurement of positive and negative
active electric energy. The total, main and secondary circuit
active electric energy can be set. The electric energy shall be
accumulated and stored separately for the electric energy and total
electric energy at the tip, peak, flat, valley and other periods.
It can store and display various electric quantities in the last 12
months.
2. It can measure, store and display the current voltage, current,
power, power factor, frequency and other operating parameters and
status of the electric energy meter.
3. Current and power limiting function by time: It has two sets of
time limiting meters by time. It can automatically switch according
to the switching time of two sets of time limit tables. Each set of
timesharing time limit table supports up to 10 timesharing
settings. When the current/power is in overrun use and exceeds the
overrun use time, switch off and power off. It can be recovered
automatically when the time after power failure reaches the power
recovery time.
4. Fixed power time limit function: when the ammeter is within a
certain power fluctuation range for a long time and exceeds the
fixed power threshold, it will be switched off after reaching the
fixed power and can be used for a long time. Switch on after
reaching the set power supply recovery delay after switching on.
5. Sudden change power limit function: when the power increase
value of the ammeter exceeds the power sudden change threshold
value during the sudden change period, the switch will be opened.

6. There are two sets of rates (Tip, peak, flat and valley) and
time periods that can be programmed at will, and another set of
rates and time periods can be used at the set time point. At least
2 time zones can be set for each set of rate periods throughout the
year. At least 14 time periods can be set within 24 hours; The
minimum interval between periods is 15 minutes. The time period can
be set across zero points.
7. It has such freezing functions as instantaneous freezing,
regular freezing, daily freezing, agreed freezing, and hourly
freezing.
8. It has the functions of event recording such as zero clearing,
programming, timing, power failure, switching on and switching off.
9. Remote power off and transmission function: send power off
command through RS485 and other communication interfaces to cut off
the user's load circuit. Or send the power transmission command to
connect the user load circuit.
10. Active upload/two-way transparent transmission function:
actively transmit data to the corresponding platform through
LoRaWAN wireless network. The default interval is 4 hours
(settable).
11. Comply with the national standard GB/T17215.321-2008/2021. The
communication protocol conforms to DL/T645-2007 .

Indicator display description
• Online: Constant light indicates that it has been connected to
the network. Off or flashing indicates no network access.
• Power off: the normally lit relay is disconnected. The extinction
relay is switched on.
• Pulse: flickers when measuring functional power. The power will
be off when there is no measurement.
The main terminal wiring is as shown in the fgure: 1 is Phase In. 2
is Phase Out. 3 is Zero In. 4 is Zero Out.
There are 4 auxiliary terminals above the main terminal of the
electricity meter.
Among them, 9 and 10 are metering pulse output. 11 and 12 are 485
communication terminal blocks.
