1. Overview
MO. GH-SL01-XXX smart gas meter of the Internet of Things adopts
LoRaWAN wireless transmission technology, automatically uploads gas
consumption data to the application platform, realizes remote
monitoring of the use status of gas meters, and solves the problems
of traditional gas meter household meter reading, payment
difficulty, and inaccurate supply and marketing.

2. Product Characteristics
1. LoRaWAN wireless technology is adopted to effectively increase
the anti-interference ability of the communication system and
improve the accuracy of receiving data.
2. The gas meter adopts the form of system prepayment, and the
valve switch of the gas meter works through the system platform
issuing commands.
3. Timing (once a day and settable) and button wake-up to transfer
data to the platform, which can improve the response speed of meter
reading and reduce battery energy consumption.
4. When the voltage is low or abnormal, the LCD screen will
automatically display the fault information, beep alarm to remind
and close the valve.
5. The product has a built-in antenna and the transmission signal
is stable and reliable.
6. The platform can remotely view the user's consumption of gas and
battery usage. It can also remotely control the valve switch of the
gas meter.
7. Our product has the self-test function of pulse signal circuit
breaking to effectively ensure the accuracy of gas meter
measurement.

5. LCD Display Function Description
1. Cumulative usage of gas meters.
2. Off/On:Valve switch status indication of gas meter.
3. Lobat:When the gas meter battery voltage is insufficient, the
LCD screen will prompt "Lobat" and close the valve. After replacing
the new battery, press the button to open the valve.
4. Fault Code:
Err005:Forced valve shut-off.
Err006: Strong magnetic interference
Err008: Valve failure
Err010: Abnormal pulse signal input
Err023: Pre-shut-off valve.
6.Installation and usage considerations
1. The installation shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T
3836.15-2017 Explosive Atmospheres - Part 15: Design, Selection and
Installation of Electrical Installations. The installation of
meters shall be carried out by professionals of the gas company for
initial installation and commissioning.
2. This product has undergone explosion-proof treatment and shall
not be changed at will.
3. The product shall not be collided or severely impacted during
transportation, and shall be protected from rain and sand.
4. This product should be stored in a ventilated and dry place.
5. It is prohibited to detect leakage in case of open fire. When
piloting fire, the air in the gas meter must be exhausted to
prevent accidents.
6. When installing the battery, note that the side with the spring
is the negative pole of the battery. The battery shall be replaced
under the condition of good ventilation and no gas leakage.
7. Electrostatic hazard, so must be wiped with wrung wet cloth.
7.Packaging, Transportation and Storage
1. The gas meter is packed in a carton after being packed with
shockproof foam material, and should not be directly affected by
rain and snow during transportation.
2. Upward according to the sign to prevent to be harmed by
crushing, impact and other damage, and should be carefully and
gently when handling, and barbaric loading and unloading are not
allowed.
3. The storage environment of the gas meter should be dry, well
ventilated, no corrosive gas, the ambient temperature is -25 °C ~
+60 °C, and the relative humidity is 45%RH~75% RH.
8. Note
1. It is not allowed to replace components or structures that
affect the explosion-proof performance at will, so as not to affect
the explosion-proof performance.
2. Warning sign: Potential electrostatic charge is dangerous.
During the normal use, maintenance and cleaning of gas meters, we
should avoid the ignition hazard caused by electrostatic charges.
Do not touch and wipe the equipment when it is used in explosive
environment. If it is necessary to wipe and touch, it should be
carried out in a well-ventilated, no gas leakage place. Wipe the
shell with a wrung wet cloth. And it is strictly forbidden to wipe
the shell with a dry cloth!
3. The battery must be replaced with the same type of battery under
the condition of good ventilation and no gas leakage.
