304 stainless steel flat bar or “flat stock” is an excellent candidate for most processing techniques as well as both indoor and outdoor applications. This product has a semi-smooth, dull grey finish and sharp defined edges with accurate dimensions throughout length. 304 stainless steel is a high strength material with excellent corrosion resistance making it ideal for shelves, brackets, bracing, sculptures, and other architectural uses. Also found within the food and beverage industry, aerospace applications, and chemical processing. ASTM A276-10 is the standard specification for structural stainless steel.

corrosion resistance is required. 304 Stainless Flat has a durable
dull, grainy mill finish and is widely used for all types of
fabrication projects that are exposed to the elements. Stainless
Flats 1/2″ thickness and under are sheared and edged, thicker sizes
are a true bar. True bar is available on request for thinner sizes.
Notice: 1/16″ strip flats are sheared from sheet and may have some
curvature or twist.
Specifications: ASTM A276, QQS-763, T304/304L, non-polished finish,
1/8″ to 1/2″ thick is sheared & edged, over 1/2″ thick is True
Bar (squared edge).
