In the oil and gas industry, the petrochemical industry, and refineries, liquid/gas coalescing filters are frequently used to remove liquids from gases such as seal gases, fuel gases, heating and cooling gases, injection gases, and many technical gases.
POKE's coalescing filter elements consist of two layers, each fulfilling a different task: The first layer separates solids that may still be present in the gas stream. In the second layer, the droplets are separated into a specialized organization by coalescing the droplets.

POKE coalescing filter element is made of various composite materials through special process. It is hydrophilic. It can not only filter out the mechanical impurities in the medium, but also make the emulsified water flow out of the medium through demulsification and coalescence.
Coalescing filter working principle: In the oil dehydration system, after the oil enters the coalescing separator, it first flows through the coalescing filter to filter out solid impurities and coalesce extremely small water droplets into larger water droplets. Coalesced water droplets can be separated and removed from the oil by their own weight and settle into the lower sump.
