Working principle of Disc pelletizers:

1.All kinds of dry powder materials are added from the top of the equipment.
2.After degassing, screw pre-compression and transportation to the arc groove of two rolls, two rolls rotate in the same speed, reverse rotation, bite the material into the slot and carry on the forced compression.
3.The pressure on the material after passing through the compression zone decreases gradually, and its surface tension and gravity make it come out naturally.
4.It enters the shredder and the granulator to crush, trim, and then go into the vibrating screen for screening.
5.The qualified product is sent to the finished product bin or directly packed through the conveyor, and the material under the powder screen is sent back to the original bin again through the material return device for secondary roll pressing, and the extrusion pressure can be adjusted by hydraulic system according to the need of particle strength.
