How to clean the enamel cast iron skillet?
- Remove any excess food or debris by scraping it off with a spatula
or scraper.
- Wash the skillet with warm, soapy water using a sponge or
non-abrasive brush. Avoid using steel wool or abrasive sponges, as
they can scratch the enamel surface.
- Rinse the skillet thoroughly with water and dry it completely with
a soft cloth.
- If there are stubborn stains or burnt-on food, create a paste of
baking soda and water and apply it to the affected area. Let it sit
for 15-20 minutes, then wash and rinse the skillet as usual.
- Store the skillet in a dry place to prevent rust from forming on
the cast iron.
Note: Do not use bleach, vinegar, or harsh chemicals on the enamel
surface, as they can damage it.
