AC BLDC Motor Information

The brushless BLDC motor is composed of the motor body and the driver. As the BLDC motor operates in the automatic mode, it does not need to use frequency conversion speed regulation mode to attach the starting winding to the rotor of the heavy-duty starting motor, and will not cause oscillation or out-of-step due to load mutation.

The bldc motor uses semiconductor switching devices to realize electronic commutation, that is, electronic switching devices to replace the traditional contact commutator and brush. The bldc motor is composed of permanent magnet rotor, multipole winding stator, position sensor and so on. According to the change of the rotor position, the position sensor changes the stator winding current in a certain sequence (that is, it detects the position of the magnetic pole of the rotor relative to the stator winding, generates the position detection signal, and the signal conversion circuit controls the power switching circuit, and the winding current switches according to a certain logical relationship). An electronic switching circuit controlled by the position sensor output provides the operating voltage of the stator windings.

BLDC motor has high reliability, no reversing spark and low mechanical noise. It is widely used in high-grade video recorders, video recorders, electronic instruments and automatic office equipment. Here is a particular point to explain, many people think brushless motor is DC motor, so it is called "brushless DC motor", in fact, brushless motor is a kind of AC motor, it is a three-phase AC permanent magnet motor.
