shear cut to length line is optional arrangement of heavy gauge
steel coil cut to length line, We supplied heavy gauge cut to
length lines to Saudi Arabia( 4-16x 2000, 3-12 x 2000), to Jordan
(2.5-10 x 2000), to Nigeria (3-12 x 2100 two sets), to Russia (5-18
x 2000), 13 x 1800 moving shear cut to length line for Argentina,
our advantages of making heavy gauge cut to length lines:
- strong and precise machine structure, like uncoiler, portal coil
head opener, pre leveler and main leveler.
- smooth working process, uncoiler and coil head opener decoil steel
strip, pre leveler level and release steel stress,main leveler

conveys steel sheet to automatic stacker, auto stacker stacks
sheets and output sheets backward.

Features of moving shear:
- The shear has a base where shear moves on linear rails of the base,
servo motor drives the shear to move forward synchrously with
coming plate, meanwhile hydraulic cut sheet to length.
- Roll table conveys the cut sheet forward and pinch feeding onto
automatic stacker.
- Automatic stacker: roller arms receive the sheet and pneumatic
release the sheet off onto roll table, the roll table hydraulic up
down move until the stacking height, roll table transmit the
stacked sheets outward.
