Aluminum Sheet Contiuous Casting Rolling Mill Φ720×1450mm
- From molten aluminum holding furnace outlet, automatic control
aluminum liquid level, refine the liquid further in degassing box,
filter, front box mouth, cast rolling rollers of opposite rotating
and inside cooling in circulation, aluminum liquid crystallize
within certain deformation to become 6-8mm thickness aluminum sheet
from molten aluminum or aluminum alloy liquid. Then cut the sheet
head and rewind to be aluminum coil.
- The axial line of the cast rolling mill is 15° inclined to vertical
line, this is good for conquering metal segregation and surface
tension of metal oxide film.
- The stable liquid level between smelting furnace and cast mill is
very important. A flow controller at furnace port can adjust and
keep constant flow. The aluminum alloy liquid must be continuous
and clean in same chemical composition, the degassing device refine
the liquid and then liquid flows into front box of cast mill after
filtering. Titanium wire feeder sends max two pcs AlTiB wire to
launder system at preset constant speed to refine crystallized
grains.
- The 15° inclined degree of cast mill and precise liquid level
control of front box ensure the front box supply aluminum liquid to
casting mouth under very precise pressure. From casting mouth the
aluminum liquid fill into casting rollers of being cooled inside,
the liquid spread in crosswise direction on roller surface. At this
month, the liquid stays at roll gap slightly before roller center
line and quickly cool down and solidify within short time, the
casting crystallization is finished and then hot rolling makes the
sheet. The heat energy in liquid is rapidly taken away by the
rollers.
- The heat is transferred through casting rollers whose sleeve
thermal conductivity is very good. Besides the rolling load, the
roller sleeves bear the impact of thermal load in cycle of hot
temperature and low cold temperature. The roller sleeve structure,
material and cooling water temperature are critical factors of cast
rolling.
- Each casting mouth can be precisely adjusted in horizontal and
vertical direction, ensure good quality cast rolling.
- Each roller is driven by DC motor and planetary gear reducer,
controlled by all-digit control system.
- Flame spraying system makes carbon sequestration to separate and
lubricate aluminum liquid from sticking to rollers.
- After cast sheet leaving rollers, through guide roller, pinch
feeding rollers, hydraulic shear, deflector roller, recoiler wind
up the aluminum sheet from down driven by DC motor.
- The recoiler provides winding tension. When one coil winding is
finished, the track shear cut the coming sheet with pinch feeding
rollers hold the sheet tension, after recoiler start new coil
winding, the pinch rollers open.
- The coil unloading car and hydraulic pusher unload coil from
recoiler.

Configuration:
- The cast rolling mill is inclined, can sway to vertical and
hydraulic change rollers.
- Drive: AC motors independently drive upper roller and lower roller,
with speed compensation function
- Roller gap pre-adjusting: rough adjusting is adjusting cushion
thickness and manual ratchet wrench through dual wedges to preset
roller gap, fine adjusting is adjusting pressure of hydraulic
cylinder for pressing up.
- Roller surface lubrication: to-and-fro movable flame spraying.
- Recoiling: control modes of constant tension or gradient tension.
- Pre stressing control: closed loop control of pressure.
- Pinch rollers:accurate control of lower roller linear speed to keep
synchronous with casting machine speed.
- Electric control system has the check functions of overload, over
speed, locked rotor, etc.
- Hydraulic system: two hydraulic pumps, one work one spare, the
spare pump will work immediately when the work pump break down.
- Casting mouth platform: the part where contact high temperature
aluminum liquid is heat resisting cast iron. Manually fine
adjusting. The design, making and installation should ensure safety
and reliability of the equipment, won’t cause damage to drive
transmission, signal, cables when front box and casting mouth leak
aluminum liquid.
- The liquid level height of flowing mouth box is checked by
proximity switch and automatically controlled, front box liquid
level is automatically controlled. Control precision ±1mm.
- The touch screen setting is on main operator panel to set and show
parameters and monitor machine working state.
- Hydraulic oil pipelines are integrated by modular valves and
integrated blocks.
