Square Rectangular Steel Pipe Mill Machine Directly To Square
“Directly to Square” forming Technology
Directly roll steel strip and form into Square& Rectangle, weld
and then turks head to get finished pipes. One complete set of
combined rollers can make all the square and rectangular pipes, is
economical and practical. The roll forming process takes square or
rectangular pipes as one package of profiles between each other
automatically adjusted by one set of combined rollers.
Directly to Square advantages:
- Compared with round into square& rectangle forming, this way is
better for the shape at the corner edge of cross section, pipe
inner radius is smaller, and the brim is flat, outlook is good
looking.
- And the whole line load is lower ,especially the load on sizing is
lower.
- he width of steel strip is smaller about 2.4-3% than round into
square & rectangle, saving material.
- It adopts the multi-point bending way, avoid the axial force and
side abrasion, reduce the number of forming steps under the same
quality, meanwhile it reduce the power wastage and roller abrasion.
- It adopts the combined type roller on the most of the forming
stands, realize that one set of roller can produce dozens of
square& rectangle pipes of different dimensions, thus decrease
the storage of roller, saving cost about 80% on roller, the roller
turnover becomes faster, one new product design time is shorter..
- The high frequency welding happens on top of square / rectangular
pipe top, the same as round pipe welding.
