Fireproof Cheap Thermal Insulation Rock Wool Sandwich Panel Board Metal Skin 0.5mm
Introduction:
The rock wool sandwich panel and its production process is a most
advanced invention, which realizes the compounding of rock wool and
steel plate into a whole by automatic equipment in the factory,
thus changing the previous way that rock wool panels need to be
compounded on site, and meeting the requirements of heat
insulation, soundproofing and fireproofing of buildings, but also
achieving the goal of high quality, high efficiency, reliability
and safety. The product has been widely used in Europe, has matured
and perfected.
Application: Our rock wool sandwich panels are divided into two
types of roof panels and wall panels, which can be widely used in
roofs, external walls and internal partitions of industrial and
civil buildings with fireproofing, sound insulation and heat
preservation requirements, especially for projects with high
fireproofing requirements.
Structure:
(1) Top and bottom surface: galvanized color steel plate with thickness of 0.4-0.8mm. according to the specific needs of customers, aluminized zinc color steel plate or aluminized steel plate can also be used. The steel plate is first rolled and formed by the forming machine and then compounded with the rock wool compounding machine.
(2) Rock wool core material: the density of 120kg/m3 rock wool blocks are staggered and laid, and the fibers are perpendicular to the upper and lower surfaces of the sandwich panel, and are closely connected to fill the entire longitudinal and horizontal sections of the sandwich panel. The rock wool blocks and the rock wool and the upper and lower steel plates are bonded by high strength foam to form a whole. The excellent production process ensures that the high-density rock wool insulation body and the inner wall of the metal plate can produce strong adhesion, thus making the rock wool sandwich panel have good stiffness.
