Product Detail
Chain pitch P = 133.33mm, 3P = step distance = 400mm
step chain is used oil for lubrication.
The chain is connected to its left and right side link by hollow
axles. Normally, the hollow axles are reserved and continue use,
when change left and right side link chain. The left and right side
link chain are same for type 1000, 800 or 600 escalator.
The single-strip links of the step chain are purchased independently and do not include the long axles, which are specified if required.
The step fixing design is to use the plastic clamping bushing.
The step chain rollers are made by hydrolytic resistant
polyurethane. The eligibility test of step chain roller include
anti-hydrolysis 250 hours, oil hydrolysis 250 hours and life test
running time 5000hours.
