battery fusible fuse link 500V
Fuse is a kind of overcurrent protector, which is mainly composed
of melt, fuse tube and external filler. When the current of the
protected circuit exceeds the specified value, the heat generated
by the fuse itself will fuse the fuse and disconnect the circuit,
thus playing a protective role. An electrical appliance that fuses
the fuse with the heat generated by itself and disconnects the
circuit. Now you know what a fuse is. Then let me lead you to
understand its characteristics, functions, types and some
precautions for fuses!
1. Features of fuses
The rated current of the fuse is not equal to the rated current of the fuse. The rated current of the fuse is selected according to the load current of the protected equipment. The rated current of the fuse should be greater than the rated current of the fuse and determined in conjunction with the main electrical appliance. The fuse is mainly composed of three parts: the fuse, the shell and the support, and the fuse is the key element to control the fusing characteristics. The material, size and shape of the melt determine the fusing characteristics. Melt materials are divided into low melting point and high melting point categories. The simple understanding of the "ampere-second characteristic" of the fuse is that when the current is larger, the time required for the fuse to blow is shorter. When the current is small, the time required for the melt to blow is longer.
Even if the speed of heat accumulation is slower than the speed of
heat diffusion, then the temperature of the fuse will not rise to
the melting point, and the fuse will not even blow. Therefore,
within a certain overload current range, when the current returns
to normal, the fuse will not blow and can continue to be used.
2. The function of the fuse
Electrical components installed in the circuit to ensure the safe operation of the circuit. When a fault or abnormality occurs in a circuit, the current will continue to rise, and the rising current may damage some important or valuable components in the circuit, and may also burn the circuit or even cause a fire. If the fuse is correctly placed in the circuit, then the fuse will fuse itself to cut off the current when the current abnormally rises to a certain height and at a certain time, thereby protecting the safe operation of the circuit. The fuse cuts off the current, thereby protecting the safe operation of the circuit.
Purpose and use
This series of fuses are suitable for lines with rated DC voltage
below 1000V, rated current of 100A-200A and breaking capacity of
20kA. They are widely used in chargers. Comprehensive protection of
charging pile, on-board battery, on-board circuit system and
inverter. At the same time, it has the characteristics of strong
current limiting capacity, large breaking capacity and fast
short-circuit breaking speed. It can withstand temperature shock,
mechanical vibration shock, current shock, chemical load, etc. This
series of products conform to ISO 8820, JASO D622 and GB / T31465
standards.
Normal working conditions
Normal operating conditions of ambient air temperature: - 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃; allowable operating conditions: - 40 ℃ ~ + 125 ℃;Relative humidity: 5% ~ 95%;Atmospheric pressure: 61.6 kPa ~ 106.2 kPa.
3. Use category
Full range fast fuse(gR)
Structural characteristics
The melting tube of the product is made of high-temperature resistant ceramic material, with high flame-retardant performance and strong hardness.
The melt is sealed in the melting tube with a variable
cross-section melt made of 99.99% pure silver. The melting tube is
filled with chemically treated high-purity quartz sand and
specially treated chemical materials as arc extinguishing medium.
The contact surface is silver plated to ensure reliable electrical
performance, greatly reducing temperature rise and power
consumption; Both ends of the melt are firmly connected with the
contact by spot welding, which greatly enhances the safety and
reliability of breaking short circuit fault current
