Product Description TFT-H028A1QVIST6N40 is a 2.8-inch full-color
TFT LCD module with a resolution of 240x320 pixels and an aspect
ratio of 2:3. The TFT module adopts ST7789V driver IC and supports
MCU interface. The TFT module with IPS panel has the advantage of
wide viewing angle (left 80 degrees/right 80 degrees/up 80
degrees/down 80 degrees), the typical contrast ratio is 800:1, and
the module brightness is up to 600 nits (typical value). The
working temperature range of the module is -20℃~+70℃, and the
storage temperature range is -30℃~+80℃.
