Declaration materials required for food import
1. Freight bill of lading (in case of telex release bill of lading, telex release guarantee shall also be provided)
2. Invoice, packing list and contract:
1) If you enjoy preferential tax rates, the invoice packing list must be made in foreign originals;
2) The transaction method on the invoice and the contract must be consistent. For example, FOB must provide a copy of the freight invoice, and EXW must provide overseas inland freight.
3) The contract number must be displayed on the contract. The contract date must be earlier than the invoice date.
