Peanut shelling machine is designed to clean raw, sun-dried in shell peanut,split the hard shell and get the red skin peanut. Peanut sheller have two part: one is de-stoner and another is shelling machine.

The unique design of sheller makes peanut shelling, air supply and separation integrated. The machine can be used as a supporting equipment of oil processing machinery, and also widely used in peanut food processing industry. Peanut sheller is composed of frame, fan, rotor, single-phase motor, screen (both large and small), feeding hopper, vibrating screen, V-belt pulley and its driving V-belt. After the normal operation of the machine, the peanut is put into the hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously.

Under the repeated impact, friction and collision of the rotor, the peanut shell is broken. Under the rotating wind pressure and impact of the rotor, the peanut seeds and broken peanut shells pass through the screen with a certain aperture (the first threshing of peanuts is carried out with a large mesh screen, and the small peeled fruits after cleaning are replaced by a small hole screen for the second shelling).
