Roasted Peanut Butter Production Line Peanut Butter Processing Machine

Peanut butter is nutritious and delicious, it is rich of vitamin A, vitamin E, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, fiber and protein, also contains large amounts of monounsaturated fatty acids, can increase the heat emission, burning harmful cholesterol and reduce the high blood lipid.
Nowadays peanut butter is welcomed and becomes necessary in people’s daily food menu. Peanut Butter Production Line we designed begins from raw peanut kernels, passing by peanut de stoner, peanut roaster, split peanut blanching, peanut sorting belt, peanut grinder, peanut cooler, peanut mixing tank and peanut butter filler, finally ends bottle/jar/bags packed peanut for sale.

Processing | Description |
Cleaning | Take away the light impurity, stoner by gravity de stoner system, the stone will follow up to the de stoner’s exit, the light impurities will be sucked by air cyclone system. |
Roasting | continuous nut roaster working temperature 150-180 C, roasting time 40-45 minutes. |
Peeling | Remove the red skin by the frication of two rubber rollers and sucked by the cyclone system. Most of Peanut will be split in half-piece or much small, the bitter germ will be separated by the vibrating sieve at bottom of blancher, finally blanched peanuts will falll to the selecting conveyor. |
Primary Grinding | Use Disc grinder to make the first grinding, the blanched peanut will be feed into the primary grinder’s first ,then they will be put by a kind of screw force, peanut will fall to limited gauge between two disc and be grinded by sand disc in high speed. The primary butter will flow to the tank and pumped into the second grinder . The fineness grinding is reach to 60-100mesh. It must able to run 24 hours without stop because of heat. |
Second Grinding | the purpose of second grinder is for fine grinding. the fineness grinding is reach to 150-160mesh. Water cooling system should be supplied in order to reduce the grinders chamber temperature (both primary and second grinder).its must not over heat, provide sensitive part and easy part to be replace. Time or life spent of part, like seal, cleaning method, assembling method. |
Blending | This tank has two layers, with two functions, mixing and Make the butter more homogeneous. Moreover, it can also decrease the butter’s temperature with large extent. this tank must have gauge temperature to measure how hot. |
Cooling | The butter is pumped into cooling machine, through pipes twisted
inside of cooler, the ideal temperature will obtain. It must have
control temperature from cooling Temperature to 45-60C adjustable. Refrigerator: it’s the key part of the whole plant, the butter’s temperature from second grinder can reach to 90-95C,in order to reduce the temperature of 30C and make it prepared to be packed ,we have to build a cooling system. The refrigerator work and produce cooling water (water temperature can be set on),cooling water will be divided into 3 direction; first to provide cooling water for grinders, second for the blending tank, third for the cooling machine. The cooling water can used repeatedly, so no loss on water. All connecting pipes in the cooling system is made of SUS304 |
Degassing | Remove the air to make peanut butter more stable |

Peanut De stoning: It takes away the light impurity, stone by gravity de stoner system, the stone will flow up to the de stoner’s exit, the light impurities will be sucked by the air cyclone system.
Peanut Roasting: In this line we use an automatic roaster, it can be designed natural gas & electrical &coal type, just depend on customer’s request. In order to satisfy different area customer, this line can adopts drum type roaster, for matching with this line, 5-units assembled drum roaster is suggested. The raw peanuts will be baked in high temperature (150-170 oC), for automatic roaster, the baking time is 20-30minutes, for drum roaster, the time will be 50minutes at least. It also depends on material’s humidity.
Peanut Split Blanching: the roasted peanuts come from vibrating discharge device, through bucket conveyor, are feed into split blancher, under the frication of rubber rollers, the red skin will be taken, and sucked by the cyclone system. Most of peanut will be split in half-piece or much small, the bitter germ will be separated by the vibrating sieve at bottom of split blancher, finally blanched peanuts will fall to the sorting conveyor.
Peanut Sorting: the over-roasted, un-blanched peanut kernel, bad kernels and small impurities will be picked up by manual (6-8person), it is the last station which inspect the peanut kernels before grinding section. Sorting belt speed can be changed on request.
Peanut grinding: Using peanut butter grinder to make the first grinding, the blanched peanuts will be feed into the primary grinder’s feeder first, then they will be put by a kind of screw force, peanut will fall to limited gauge between two disc and be grinded by sand disc in high speed, the primary butter will flow to the tank and pumped into the second grinder
Peanut Butter Cooling: The butter is pumped into cooling machine, through pipes twisted inside of cooler, the ideal temperature will obtain.
Peanut Butter Filling: by the peanut butter filler, capper, labeling machine, etc. Peanut butter is packed into 200g/500g/1000g bottle.

This machine is widely applied in the industrial productions of food (Peanut butter, sesame jam, almond nuts butter, soy milk, dairy products, soft drinks and etc.), medicine (syrups, nutrition liquid, Chinese herb extracts, poultice and etc.), daily chemical products (tooth paste, cosmetic, washing agent and etc.), chemical industry products (pigment, dye, dope, lubricant, petroleum activator and etc.) and the flotation and emulsification of the explosives.
