Machine Features
This machine is a three-station thermoforming machine, which is
especially suitable for the production of various types of
cornstarch lunch boxes, PET fruit boxes, food trays and other
plastic products. The pull tab adopts a 4.5KW servo and is equipped
with a high-precision star reducer. The machine is more precise,
ensuring that punching and cutting are not offset, the upper and
lower forming 4.5KW, the upper and lower punching and cutting
stations are equipped with high-power 7.5KW, the servo is not easy
to heat during the high-speed operation of the servo, and the empty
machine test is 52.8 molds/min, to ensure the actual production
speed of 20-35 molds/minute, the electric box adopts condensing
cold air to ensure that the electric box does not overheat. A
thermal protection device is set to prevent the servo motor from
being overloaded and overcurrent due to long-term work and damage
to the equipment.
The new type of electric furnace, the heating frame is designed
with all-aluminum and stainless steel, which is not deformed, the
weight is stable, the heat dissipation is fast, and the heating is
stable. The heating brick adopts the ceramic infrared radiation
heater of Swedish Cornell heating wire, and the intelligent
temperature control system ensures fast heating, high precision and
stability.
The sheet feeding chain adopts an imported double-row roller chain
with teeth, an integral aluminum alloy chain guide, compact
structure, the guide is equipped with a cooling water circuit, high
cooling efficiency, an internal circulating water circuit, saving
water source. The chain is equipped with an automatic oil supply
pump to supply oil, lubricate the chain and the guide rail, and
prolong the service life of the chain and the guide rail.
This machine adopts the outer eight-type design, with upper and
lower molds on the side, and automatic mold clamping in the
station, which saves time for mold changing and alignment and is
twice as fast as the traditional mold changing speed. The girder's
front, middle and rear are electrically changed to improve the
adjustment efficiency. Station lubrication system monitoring,
monitoring the number of station actions, when the set data
arrives, start oiling lubrication, the oil pump is short of oil,
and the system prompts an alarm.
